Workshop Highlights
Personalized Report: Before attending the workshop, participants take the Headspace Assessment and receive a customized report. This psychometrically validated assessment, which is based off of neuroscience research and Organization Development principles, measures how varying levels of dispositional Presence (mindfulness) and Purpose (meaning) give rise to one of four dominant headspaces.
Immersive Learning Simulation: During the workshop, participants will collaborate in navigating a video case simulation based on your choice of case simulation, developed with some of the biggest names in our field, including Frances Baldwin, Ed Schein, Peter Block, Dave Jamieson, Tonya Wilson and more.
AI Integration: Participants will also learn how to develop a reflective leadership practice that integrates an "Artificial Intelligence Assist" with the Use of Self GPT.
