Overview
The Open Assessment Certification Program is designed for consultants who are committed to advancing their expertise in driving organizational openness through both diagnostic and dialogic expertise. As a certified Open Facilitator, you’ll gain advanced training on administering and interpreting the Open Assessment, leading collaborative dialogue processes, and implementing concrete, customized strategies that enhance performance, retention, and satisfaction within teams, departments, and organizations. Your participation also helps to support the free programming that is part of OpenSourceOD's commitment to democratizing OD knowledge and skills for anyone who yearns to facilitate positive change.
Applicants must have taken the MOST 2.0 Assessment and have at least three years of professional experience and an advanced degree in Organization Behavior, Organization Development, Organizational Psychology, Leadership & Change, or similar program. To express your interest in joining a future cohort, please complete the application form below. Cohorts are limited to ten people and offered on a first-come, first-serve basis, so be sure to apply as soon as possible. We will contact you shortly with more information on the next steps and a brief interview process to confirm your spot in the cohort. Once ten members are selected we will work closely with you to find a common time that works for everyone via synchronous Zoom meetings.
