Open Assessment
The purpose of the Open Assessment is to measure characteristics that contribute to psychological safety and growth mindset in your team and department. Psychological safety refers to levels of comfort and trust that allow coworkers to be themselves, voice their opinions, admit mistakes, share creative ideas and constructive criticism, and express concerns without fear or anxiety. Growth mindset refers to the belief that our abilities and intelligence can be developed through dedication, effort, and learning.

If you are taking this assessment along with your team or department to receive a group report, it is important that you list your organization's name so that we can generate a group report upon request.

As you take this assessment the most important thing you can do is be honest with yourself! This assessment is anonymous, and emails are only collected to automatically send you a customized report regarding your interpretation of psychological safety at work. Please answer each question according to what really reflects your experiences, rather than what you think your experiences should be. Please treat each item separately from every other item.​
